Moving out

After a year of being in a relationship, I'm moving out of my place and my partner owns the house. I currently am on a least that is month to month. Any one have any idea how I should prepare a 30 day of notice of leaving the property including how I will pay back the things that I owe (the few bills and repair)....

You had a lease with your partner/SO/girlfriend/boyfriend?
ETA: I rented month-to-month for the last half of my last lease. It's not that hard get a final statement and 30-days notice is plenty.

It was one of those things where we need to be secure with each other. Not to mention we had someone else live with us so it was only fair if all three of us were on a lease.

Ok. Well just give 30-days written notice (it doesn't need to be notarized or anything, but keep a copy for yourself) and request a final statement for repairs, utilities, etc. and ask that it be taken out of your deposit. If you owe after that, cut a check. If you're owed, leave a forwarding address (unless you can just pick it up).

He got that BBC but things just didn't work out for us in the end. I just need to move on at this stage in my life. While trying to be a friend, it sucks to move out after a break up but it is what it is.
