I was thinking the same thing. My co worker refused to go to Livingston because she was scared due to her skin color. Thankfully, I'm colored blind and have no idea whats going on with that.

I've always wondered why there are so few blacks in Livingston as compared with surrounding parishes. What is the story with that?
