Find me footage of a steel beam melting

You have never seen steel melt? You do know how steel beams are created correct? fricking idiot.

A steel beam doesn't have to melt in order for it to fail/collapse/bend under extensive stress including thermal shock in temperature.

For those of you in Rio Linda, who might not understand the description; think of the World Trade Center as having an exoskeleton - it was held up on the outside. There was nothing in the center to take up space.

Watching that reminds me of how Pat Tillman must have felt when he turned down millions of dollars a year to go get the fricks who did this and how great of a man he was for doing so

One of my more distinct memories of this time was of a CBS News special that ran a few days after... they showed some similarly intense footage and ended the program with "Oh Danny Boy." It was stunningly sad.
