I smoked my salmon at too high of a temp. Albumin leached out causing a less moist product than is traditionally accepted. FML.

Lower unit locked up this morning about 5 miles from the landing in the spillway. Had to troll for about an hour against the current to get back to the main channel so I could find someone to tow me in. Being that far back in the spillway by yourself with just a trolling motor is somewhat nerve racking
