Other than misery but they did lead the nation in track and field medals in Rio.

All joking aside, this seriously is a metric that Mississippi legitimately ranks highest in the country has, or at least was the last time I checked it.
And good for them on it. Mississippi children, on average, are dealt too poor a hand in the first place than to have their parents not vaccinate them.
