His town is 60% black apparently. So he is in the "minority" there.

DeSoto County, in the Delta. Prolly similar to East Carroll, where 6 white farmers own all the land and everybody else is poor. Anyone with any talent or education immediately leaves for greener pastures. No shock.

Well they can easily elect a new person if they'd show up to the polls.

Uh Desoto County is Suburbia for the Memphis metro area. Part of it may be in the Delta region, but it is not all rural.

Meh, that's misleading. DeSoto Co also has Olive Branch, which is a fairly affluent suburb of Memphis. I wouldn't live there, personally, but it isn't terrible. Walls, on the other hand, is pretty sketchy. And he is probably right if just talking about Walls.

A quick google search of him shows he is from Tunica County MS
it says he is from Walls, which is DeSoto County. (it is only 4 or 5 miles from Tunica County) Either way, the stats are probably going to be similar.
sad thing is, there are plenty of jobs at the casino's in Tunica. but for a variety of reason, some people choose not to work.
ironically the casino's do a lot of business around the 1st of the month.

Silly peeps.
When will you all grasp the fact that any statement made about black people that isn't uplifting and positive is a racist statement.

Speaking of welfare, what do you call the $10,000 Mississippi pays Alday to share his specious racial theories with the rest of us?
Talk about paying someone for doing absolutely nothing, if Alday wants to meet a real welfare cheat, he should look in the mirror.
