oh, for sure.

Although, no way the design/construction of that home had a $70M budget. Idk California real estate market, but if you spent $70M designing and building a home in La the appraised value would easily break the $100M mark.

Saw that, too. Pretty sure I landed an attack chopper on it before.

eh, I'd say it's more baller to take that $70M and put it into a fund that will generate 8-12% annual ROI and finance the house at a rock bottom rate and cash flow the entire situation so you end up generating income on your cash instead of sinking it into a static asset.

He has $1.4 billion other dollars to do that with. He won't miss that $70 million collecting interest.

He isn't a US citizen. He is Swede. No way to write that off as his primary residence.

if you're paying $3700 for something to put your plate on and eat with, you've got too much damn money.

I watch Shark Tank religiously, and this is like many of the ideas you see on the. You sit there and constantly question your imagination and creativity because some of these ideas seem so basic, yet you didn't invent them.

When you consider the location of the house, the furnishings and included items, the apparent quality of the build, and the initial $85million asking price, it actually seems like a fairly reasonable deal.
