58 story "showpiece" condo tower has sunk almost 1.5 feet in less than 9 years, and is listing. What a fricking disaster.

SF code states a maximum of 2" per year sinkage.

so yes it's up to code.

Apartment 14C is a steal at that price if they get the building fixed. If I had an extra million lying around I would by that today.
