Sounds like your body can't actually handle losing more than 3 or 4 pounds a week. Losing anymore will literally harm you

3 day diets help overweight people flush out water weight and after they go back to their usual calorie intake...wait for it...it comes back.

Military diet works great for those who are between the ages 18-23 and exercise a few hours a day.
