Mike VII expected to arrive next month to a renovated habitat

The 15,000-sq. ft. habitat that houses the tiger is undergoing renovations to improve the technology and comfort.
The improvements include the Comfort Rock, an expanded water feature, new landscaping, and the Rockwork Tree, a large structure at the center presenting a more realistic tree structure. Comfort Rock will allow Mike VII to lounge comfortably regardless of the temperature and the water feature will encourage more activity during cooler weather.
I hope it's a cub... But fa real tho... a comfort rock? Is that like a safe space?

A cub would be awesome.
I wish we could rescue Tony and have a habitat for him. I know he wouldn't cone from proper channels but there needs to be a mechanism to rescue tigers in his situation.

Yeah, the university has already announced that. I'm pretty sure they intimated that Mike will never leave his habitat/feeding/overnight area unless they need to bring him somewhere for medical care.
