Actually you are and you're the true hypocrite. At least I am calling out both sides of the mess. Here you are attacking one side for speaking against a racist post while defending the side who did.

I haven't heard you say one thing to speak against that post or those who supported it.

Show me where in this thread where posters specifically attacked all black women.

Here..

P.S. Great speech she gave. She's definitely a ringing endorsement of the African America sheboon. Loud, foul mouth, cop hating, ratchet.

That is racist a shite. Now I'll wait for you to spin and twist this to be something that it is quite obvious.

Go ahead, be obtuse... the same thing you accused me of being.

Tear gas, bear mace, and rubber bullets rarely kill people.

Real bullets don't necessarily have to be applied in a lethal sense, either (although I recommend against it).

But yeah, let's let 'em ransack a beauty supply store because that'll prove....something.

It's easy enough to read an original post before it's edited, old sport. I'm not sure that a mother's grievous outbursts should be labeled as hypocrisy. So, I'm not quite sure what you mean. I'll tell you what, old sport, you ask me a specific question and I'll give you my answer. Meanwhile, I'll wait for you to disavow the use of the racial epithet spewed by the OP and condoned and laughed at by many on this board.

By the way, before you accuse me of editing to change the intent, I did just edit the last post for grammatical errors because that's a pet peeve of mine.

Incorrect. I said that I didn't condone the usage of the term, and the multiple posts asking for clarification of the term corroborate that folks didn't know what it meant, and weren't specifically cosigning its usage. There is nothing hypocritical in my actions.

Then you haven't read anything I've posted thus far.

Already spoke my piece on that.

Now spin the rest of that into a pure mother's sorrow.

You really need to watch the entire video before defending her. She and the ones with her are inciting the crowd. You can make it about her being a grieving mother all you want but her actions prior to her son being killed contradict the amount of grief she is showing since he was gunned down by a white officer. She is not genuine.

You keep fighting the good fight about random anonymous racism on the Internet while the people you should be worried about are out and about destroying property and injuring innocent people for absolutely no other reason than not getting their way.

That's what's laughable about you. I hope no one takes your trolling bait because I bit a little too much on it already.

When she did a terrible job of raising her son, and deigns to interject herself into his life only to capitalize on his infamy, that is hypocrisy.

Never said she was pure. Have said from the beginning that this was a bad event, a black-eye for the country with both sides being party to this.

I have spoken about two things here; the racist post with those posters co-signing it and the joy seen on this forums for something which is a disaster to us as a country.

I think that if my child was killed, I might be a bit irrational as well. The OP posted "burn this..." As if she was the one yelling it. I didn't see her yell anything of the sort. I saw her break down and collapse. I think many of the rioters, not protesters, and there is a difference, were the ones inciting violence and destruction.

This is why you're a hypocrite. Both are bad issues, both hurt this country and both need to be addressed. You'd just prefer he doesn't address the one you participate in.

This is just going to happen again. The 12-year old who got shot to death for holding a BB gun is going to get even more people angry, with both sides of ignorance continuing to drag this country down.

No doubt you'll play your part.

I can't comment on the job she did of raising her son. I've seen many children rebuke their parents' teachings and still turn to lives of crime. Typically, the bad behavior of a teenager is reflective of poor parenting but not always.

As have I

And I contend that posters (myself included) were quite obviously co-signing the hypocrisy laid bare in said post, not wantonly attacking black women in toto.

The situation was tragic, and the looting is a blight. I see most posters rueing these events, while acknowledging the due process of the legal system, tbh.

frick all of those idiots. Black, white purple.....they all deserved to be shot. There is no damn reason to ruin another person's property because you didn't get your way.

Operative phrase.

And in communities such as Ferguson, good parenting is of even more paramount importance.

You will call people racists in this thread for agreeing with a post but you can't make the connection from a video that she and the people she was with incited violence?

I am sorry but I didn't see her telling, what I assume is her BF, to stop saying "let's burn this motherfricker down".

Obama said she wants a peaceful protest and she handles herself like that. What do you think Obama would think after seeing the video?

Can you give me an honest answer on why these people thought it was appropriate to act this way after not getting what they wanted?
I still don't understand what they are protesting.

You are a simpleton if you believe there is only one level of disaster that can affect a country.

frick all of those idiots. Black, white purple.....they all deserved to be shot. There is no damn reason to ruin another person's property because you didn't get your way.

I don't agree that they should be shot, but I agree that destroying innocent people's property is extremely wrong; especially when some aren't doing it for anything other than the joy of destruction.
