"MCG" stickers on cars in the New Orleans area

Nah bro. It has to do with neighborhood security. If you are driving around neighborhood and don't have a sticker you will attract attention of the neighborhood rent-a-cop. Same thing with Lakewood (solid blue oval stickers).
