I know it’s fast food and I shouldn’t expect that much but I’ve noticed there long lines and poor customer service over the last few months. They have gone down quickly. I wonder what has caused this decline in South BR.

Probably just fewer open inside so longer drive through lines.

Yes. When Charlie Valluzo was hands on running them.

Made the rest of the country‘S McD’s seem second rate.

Yes Charlie Valluzo run McDonalds were the benchmark for all McDonald's. Since he retired it's gone to shite.

Do you recall that back then they would hand you your bag and it was folded closed? Not anymore. That's a small thing but it reflects a lack of attention to detail that they once had.

I agree with you.

They straight up did not put any meat on my cheeseburger. How do you screw that up?

There is a more important question to ask about all of the McDonalds in Baton Rouge.

Why don't they have hot Picante sauce for the Breakfast Burritos?

The breakfast burritos at every McDonalds in South Louisiana are small and poorly wrapped

The McDonalds here in Louisville, they make the burritos fat and full of fixings

McD's in BR are total shite. The few good employees they have are overwhelmed by the shite-stain employees.

I spoke with Charlie awhile back about the good ole Mc'D days. You'll never see those days again at those shitty places.

Why go to McDonald's and get treated like they don't want your business ?

I will go to Chic-fil-a and get great service.

The one on Sherwood and N. Harrell’s Ferry is atrociously slow.

I might eat at McDonald's 5 times per year but that one is bad. The one on Jones Creek and Coursey is better and a little bit closer to our house so we go to that one.
