Mayor Broome Hires CAO Who Was Fired From 3 Jobs and Arrested Twice (not prosecuted)

Well, Mayor Broome took 4 months to find an applicant who has been fired from 3 jobs and was arrested twice (though not prosecuted) for battery and assault and battery and false personation of a police officer and unlawful use of a police badge. New CAO Troy Bell says that because he has found himself on the other side of the law, he has a "well-rounded" view of the criminal justice system. 
Bell was most recently fired from the position of city manager of Walla Walla (a town of 30,000) where he was fired before his probationary period had ended. Now he is the 2nd in charge of a town of 400,000.
Seriously. This is the person who Mayor Broome hired. A three time loser and two time arrestee. I fricking give up. But then again, I guess that's what the SJW and Broome want us to do -- throw in the towel and let them turn Baton Rouge into a total shithole. What the frick?

Mr. Bell is a former Page of the House of Representatives and a graduate of the University of Miami where he majored in Finance, Economics, Sociology, and Mechanical Engineering. He worked his way through college as a part-time Miami local Law Enforcement Officer, and during his tenure at the University he received the distinguished honor of becoming the first African American student to be elected president of the student body. He has four degrees? Or is Gravy listing every major that this guy says he took classes towards?
If so, I Majored in Archaeology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Physics, and I also speak 3 languages.

Look, I get it I guess. Broome is a SJW who hires based on skin color. I think we all get that by now. But, is this guy the best there is to offer? Scary if so.

You can blame white liberals on the LSU campus like LSUTANGERINE for voting her arse into office.
White voters had the chance to vote in unison like the blacks did to stop her and they failed, thanks to LSU faculty and LSU liberal-arse students and people in the drama department.

In all fairness, a lot of trust fund white liberals who have never worked a day in their life voted for the democrat. Blacks are finally voting in unison while whites keep letting their white guilt get in the way of progress.
