Please point to where I referred to the beginning of this year based off my feeling of that it feels like lately a police officer is killed every day. Recent to me is more like this past week.. January is not recent. February is not recent. We are entering September now.. on to October..


September 1, 2015 - An Illinois police officer was shot and killed in Lake County on Tuesday, authorities said, and a search is on for three suspects.

August 31, 2015 - Off-duty Abilene officer found dead; Texas Rangers, FBI investigate


August 30, 2015 - Officer in Philly killed off-duty in a hit and run. Not at deliberate, but still poor behavior.

I know that Saturday was when the Houston officer had the funeral, so I don't think there was any that day.

That's about as far back as recent as I can go.







All I said was lately.. easy man.. Let's not be too defensive here.

I get that, it's just we hear about everything that happens now. so it just gives that perception.
