Kids ride bikes in front of there daily and families rent from him to ride the trace every weekend. The type and the specific business he owns is important here.

He was not grabbing bike riding kids. He was trading drugs to 16 year olds. It was a transaction, not a smash and grab.
They were not old enough to enter into a legal transaction so the arrest occurred. Who knows how many soccer moms he was trading Oxy to? He should have stuck with the older ones.

Several posts have been making the rounds on Facebook for a year or so now from different mothers of former workers there that he made advances to and when they denied they were fired.
If those posts are to be believed and these allegations stand, this has been going on for quite some time.
