The bastard who took the photo is one of those insecure narcissistic gym pricks because he included his arm in the photo.
I hope the motherfricker gets charged for it. Like myself, the guy might not be an Adonis, but he was putting his time in at the gym trying to make himself healthier.

You can't just go around taking pics of people naked because you want to. If he is convicted of voyuerism hes going to have to register as sex offender. I doubt that charge would stick though.

Did he think this was a unique situation that required video documentation? I’ve responded to the “things that annoy you at the gym” threads with “old guys who shower and dry their balls with the hand dryer” before, but never felt the need to take a picture.

bullshite. Prosecutors can handle this case. They deal with enough bullshite harassment and possession cases. They have enough time to handle this POS too.
