nothing like watching someone die at 8am in the morning and darwinism taking its toll.
That said, who the hell was filming it and why didnt they stop him? I'm pretty sure that person filming can be charged with something related to manslaughter.

What would you do to stop him? Shoot him? Cut the rope? I'm not sure what I would do other than preemptively calling an ambulance.
