Making a custom crawfish basket

Anyone ever made their own crawfish basket? I've seen a couple that were obviously home made with expanded metal and rivets, but wondering if anyone on here has ever done it themselves.
I have an old keg made into a pot that boils about 25-30 lbs at a time but I use the mesh bags. Too much character in that keg to just go get a pot at Academy, and I want a basket.

you can get expanded stainless steel and trim at any fab shop
if you know how to weld you can do it yourself, if not have someone weld it up for you. very simple

The keg used to boil is pretty cool, is it possible to make one where you can do an entire sack?
