Magical drink to cure the head cold?

I realize that I am asking for much here. But a year or two ago the posters on this board were posting their favorite medical concoctions which cured a head cold. One person in particular posted something which involved whiskey mixed with Nyquil. I mixed it and gave it to my wife and she went out cold and woke up the next morning with no head cold.
Any chance that same poster is on the board tonight? and can you re-post that recipe please?
