They only sell it now at the French restaurant when you sit down to eat.

Walt didn't allow it in Disneyland because that park was meant to be enjoyed by people of all ages. He wanted a good, clean, family atmosphere which alcohol could have potentially played a part in ruining. When they built Walt Disney World, they held to that ideal in the Magic Kingdom.
