NEW YORK - Pop icon Madonna was rushed to a hospital earlier this week after developing a "serious bacterial infection," her representative revealed.
Her manager Guy Oseary confirmed the news on social media Wednesday, stating that the 64-year-old singer, known for her chart-topping hits and boundary-pushing performances, spent several days in the ICU.

Its sad the lows she has stooped.
She will be remembered as nothing more than a loose whore with terrible plastic surgery and a couple of songs. She looks terrible and she knows it.

Her tour ticket sales were doing extremely well, she sold out like 4 nights at MSG this year.

She was the biggest female star in the world in the eighties and nineties and nobody else was close. I don't like her weird artiste persona either, very much preferred the cute slightly slutty girl next door image. Now she thinks she's Marlena Dietrich or something. But there's no getting around the fact that she was and still is a major pop influence.
