I def can't have that right now

Only water right now with fruit. 3 times a week I can trade one of my carb portions for the day for milk(or wine).

Well, if the sales of Shakeology are significantly less than the Beachbody programs, they may very well make more profit simply because more people could afford it. It may offset production costs and produce a greater profit.

As for me, I've noticed a ridiculous difference, which kind of pisses me off. I don't want to pay for it for the rest of my life.

That's why they likely have so many coaches. You get a bigger discount if you are a coach.

Not sure. At work starving.

Asked Jones to get lunch in this area, so he could drop some off to me. I am going to assume he will choose Vietnamese if he's driving this way.

Better than not doing anything At least you are doing something. Baby steps. From what you told me, you also have other previous injuries to deal with as well, which makes things more difficult. So at least you are trying in spite of that instead of letting it be a reason to be lazy.

And I thought this program videos would be easier than T25. I'm more sore this first week from this than I was from T25. My entire body aches right now, not looking forward to getting up and doing a video today

That's the way it should be.

Biggest difference is you use weights and do more upper body stuff in Beta.

I've looked at the workouts in T-25. Looks pretty good. I kinda want to do Asylum, though.

Nah, it's called we are old and didn't take better care of ourselves when we were young and had more energy so now we are paying for it.
