I'm a fan of orange. It is slightly sweeter than the red but more 'peppery' than the yellow. JMHO

In a dish I agree. Green the proper member of the trinity, but as the 'star' I feel green lacks a complete enough flavor profile to really shine.

I cut the pepper into thirds then put turkey and cheese on top and pop in the air fryer. Top with brown mustard.
