you dated for her two years. you cheated on her. until you fully own up to her and tell her everything-- there's no chance at rebuilding anything. you wasted a whole year of her time evading the truth. of course it's not going to work out in the end ...
had you come clean up front-- she may have been able to forgive your transgressions, because you'd have shown her the respect she deserves. i'd rather be with a man who owns his mistakes but is honest and honorable than someone who tries to hide it and proves to me they're just a cheater and a liar.
