Damn something is going down in Katy. Cops have the whole interstate blocked. About 20 tow trucks are pulling up. Cops are out of their cars and had pistols drawn

I haven't done a spin class in a long time. Mainly cause they only have classes in the morning or evenings...and I'm usually at the gym between 2-4 pm.
But yeah....spinning is legit. My arse hurt after my first class. Bought some padded shorts just for spin class.
