Those establishments speak for themselves around here. Saves a bunch of extra words for ppl going through an arse-ton of resumes.

I have a "traditional" version as well... with my education, skills...blah blah blah. I usually bring that one to the 2nd interview.

If someone were giving a lecture on the dos and don'ts of resumes, they would hold up her resume and say "This is NOT a resume... unless maybe you're seeking employment at a strip club."

I go for straight management if a place hasn't opened yet or is brand new (< 6wks open).
If it's been open for a while - I like to start as a bartender with the understanding of rapid advancement on the DL with upper management/ownership. Hard to fix problems if you don't get to see what's going on in the trenches.
ETA:
Athletic build and I'm fine with it. If I had big tits I'd be super dangerous.
