i started around 250
i'm in the mid-230s now. for the first time since i started, i've been sub-240 every day for over a week
when i was working out a lot, i ate a lot more shite, too. i still used sugar in my coffee. i'd drink a recovery choclate milk after workouts. i'd also engage in 1-2 cheat days a week. i rarely cheat now, drink a fruit/veg smoothie, etc
