I only comment because I love. You need to set a schedule and a routine just as if you were going to work every day.

Tell them you will be ready to go in tomorrow. Make it an easy Friday to get your feet wet and see whats going on and on Monday be ready to hit it.

Don't tell her you just woke up. Tell her "It's great news that I can return to work and I look forward to it". Tell her you will be there tomorrow. No explanation neccessary.
