We think the admins went on a rabid banning spree and SS got caught in the cross hairs with several others…

Oh. I’ve noticed several old time names seem absent lately. That’s why I try to steer clear of any trouble. Though I did get a PM a few weeks about telling me to not use a certain Jane Goodall meme.

Supposedly this is only going to be temporary. They’re remodeling the admin building in Bham so they had to find office space for Accointing, Credit, and IT Depts. The solution was to move Product Support and Sales management teams to work from home. We were first told it would be for a year. But now I’m hearing it will be more like two.
Either way, I love it. I have turned one of the extra rooms upstairs into an office. I have everything set up like I like it. And I get a ton done because I don’t have people coming in my office to chitchat. My wife comes home daily for lunch, so I get to have lunch with her almost daily. I still have to travel periodically. And I still have meetings every so often that require I go to Bham. But most mornings my commute consists of going upstairs. I love it. I’m hoping when all is said and done they let us keep our home offices.
