Saw this news story this morning, and I couldn't believe how ridiculous the students sounded. I guess if a black guy robbed a store its racist to say that he is black.

This is such BS. Last I checked all the information about the suspect is pertinent to finding the suspect.
If you just say "armed male with dreadlocks" half the people are gonna waste their time searching for one of these crunchy hippies that loiter outside Highland Coffee.

unfairly? i mean if the perp is black then how is it unfair to say that he is black? its a lot better than saying a male 5;10 180lbs is wanted for such and such. I mean that doesnt help at all.
