Because this went to an actual jury with testimony from witnesses - meanwhile everyone (aside from the Obamaites) that was involved with response to the attack speaks contrary to what Dear Leader and Bill's bitch says. Remember when His Majesty and cohorts said it was about a Youtube video and they had the videos creator detained in Cali?

Uh no, you just can't bring people to trial without evidence of wrongdoing. The case will be thrown out with the quickness, no matter how many black people protest.
That's how it works in this country, innocent till proven guilty.

Yeah that's why I don't understand all the protests. Do people expect officials to just go ahead and say "Ok we will reverse the decision and indict now because you have protested so much about it"
