You might want to call the Gift Shop by the stadium.
I haven't looked in years, but years ago they used to put all the game used helmets up for sale shortly after the Spring Game. They would literally line them up and you could go in there and pick the one you wanted. My understanding was that they would use the money made to buy new helmets for the next year.

Best time to buy them is at the spring game, they are marked down a good bit

Call the gift shop. They had a bunch inside the entrance to the Spring Game this past Saturday for $199.
