Yes, but not all of those are welfare queens. That includes college students, house wives, people who retired early, the seasonally unemployed, and construction labor temporarily between jobs.

I know. I didn't say that. I just said 1/3 of working age adults don't work. An interesting number. I'd have thought more people worked.
