Yes, but not all of those are welfare queens. That includes college students, house wives, people who retired early, the seasonally unemployed, and construction labor temporarily between jobs.

Whatever Louisiana is doing to attract and encourage business investment.....it's working.

I wish that the state had made the right moves 25 years ago.

I know. I didn't say that. I just said 1/3 of working age adults don't work. An interesting number. I'd have thought more people worked.
