This is political but it affects almost all of us.

Parents can opt out, but It only takes two kids in a school to test positive for covid to force the unvaccinated kids stay home. No sports or any activities of any kind for unvaccinated kids.

A resolution which passed in the Louisiana House by a 69-30 count couldn’t even get to the Senate floor, thanks to two Republicans on the Senate Health and Welfare Committee who wouldn’t take a position on it.

So proud of our strong, conservative standard bearers down at the capital. Always standing up for their constituents. They won’t be bullied by JBE!

The correct answer for private school parents at least is to ban together and simply refuse to provide the info. Refuse to provide the vaccine info and/or refuse to send in an opt out letter.

I’ll be moving to Florida before my kid is old enough for the forced injection.

Anyone still pushing the vaccine is obviously corrupt.

not sure who's actually following this, but i'm 100% sure our catholic school isn't following that. Covid doesn't exist anymore, at least not anymore than the flu does. If you're sick stay home. It's nobody else's business why you stayed home or what sickness you had. You go back to school when you feel fine, no questions asked.

I glad we are at a very small, very level headed school.
I'm curious to see how they will handle it, but my guess is they will also fight this for us or even ignore it completely.
Best money I've spent to date.

Same thing everyone said about the masks, then they all sent their kids to school in them.

At least in BR y’all will all be doing this in the private schools.

Just think how healthy and safe our schools will be though!

In Louisiana, 22.2% of youth ages 10 to 17 have obesity, giving Louisiana a ranking of 3 among the 50 states and D.C

Well...not healthy but at least they'll be safe!

This has been a mandate since December as it relates to the 2022 school year, and I have yet to see it enforced at either the public school or private school my kids attend in St. Tammany when we filled out our applications for next year. We were never even asked about it

We sent their vaccinations, with no record of covid, and nothing was said and everything went through as normal

It’s been destroyed for quite some time.
