This happens every time the power goes out and I have to call Eatel to fix it. Anyone know how I can do this myself? I still have cable, just the wifi went out.

A power outage shouldn't affect your wireless router. If it does, reset the router. If what you are really tryint to describe is your internet connection, the service that comes to your house, and not the wifi, the wireless connection provided by a device in the house, then you may want to try a different service provider.
That or, you may want to look around this site to see if there is a board that addresses stuff like this.
