All criminal studies will point the fact that crime, especially black crime, rises in the summer

Here's my suggestion: Put a wall around NBR, put cameras everywhere. Stash weapons and a limited amount of resources. Enjoy reality tv and crime reduction.

Trouble being, the more people leave, the more redefined the borders become of what actually differentiates NBR from SBR, and crime can hit you anywhere in this city, not just murder, but yeah, murder too.

The problem with BR is that it's trashy, and so is the rest of the country, but it's always magnified here.

What we really need is something similar to the movie "The Purge" where the good citizens of these communities can go out and off all the garbage holding them hostage in their homes and causing all this crap for one day out of the year. Sure, there would be inncoent casualties, but in the end we could rid our communities of the human filth, and for 364 days of the following years to come, people would have to think... "Do I really want to pursue this thug lifestyle because I may get on the community target list if I do, and the Purge is fast approaching again."Something to think about which would be much more intimidating to the criminal element than a tender handed judicial system they manipulate and don't fear, nor does it protect the good citizens in those communities who may not be able to afford to live somewhere else by relocating but have a good foundation in values and work ethic.

I know several people from BR that have moved to Austin or elsewhere in Texas and they love it.
