Looking forward the family Christmas gatherings?

I always hear stories this time of year...I dont have a big family but we at least enjoy being around each other. Do you enjoy it?

Absolutely. Family is the most important thing in my life. Mine is like my big fat Greek wedding, but I love them and I love our crazy, but fun filled family gatherings.

Yes. We live out of state and pretty much only get home for holidays.

We aren't doing the family thing. We are having a get together with a few neighbors, light the fire pit, cook a brisket and throw down on some beers and eggnog.

i am usually pretty happy to see my in laws. My SIL is a bit uptight but the rest of them are pretty cool.
My family, I like seeing my cousins but that is about it. I have limited interest in seeing my mother, sister, or father. The niece and nephew are ok. if I saw my cousins more often, I would probably not like seeing them either.

Nope , parents have become crazy in their old age. My brother in law needs a heart and he keeps staring at me asking for mine. All my nephews and nieces are inspecting some good presents from me. They don't understand that their uncle is poor as shite.

my sister is so uptight, I could stick a charcol bricket up her arse and I would have a diamond by the end of the day. I spent thanksgiving with her, and I didn't see her smile the entire time.

Going to in-laws in bama. I almost like it more than going to my family. They are fun, and I get to just lay low, drink, and stay out of any potential drama. Not that there is a lot with mine (or hers), but I enjoy being able to decide when to stand off to the side and when to be front and center. Plus they love me.
