I've been doing Outlaw Crossfit the last 2 years. Recently, they were cutting back the posted workouts, and now you have to have log in credentials to access their site. I don't know wtf happened.

Anyway, I loved their workouts. They had a strong emphasis on lifting - particularly oly lifts, and also a lot of work on advanced skills and movements.

Anyone have some good replacement options?

I know some of you don't like crossfit. That's okay, this thread isn't for you.

Lots of insecurity in here

Anyone asks for a good lifting routine or a workout regimen, no one bats an eye. Ask for a crossfit program to follow, and everyone loses their mind.

Crossfit Football is legit.

Or, you could not be a cheap bastard and pay for their better programs under the Power Athlete banner.

Catalyst Athletics is good for Olympic lifting workouts. LINK It's free and only requires a sign up.

Misfit Athletics is another. LINK Basic Programming is free after signup.

You could just download myWOD and pick through the common workouts: Benchmark Girls, New Girls, Heroes, CF Open WODs and Other.

I still lift, too. I do crossfit because I can't stand cardio by itself.

My powerlifting total is 1100 now at 44, which is up 100lbs after starting crossfit.

For Outlaw? I'd love to. I cannot figure out how to find a way to pay to gain access? I had always followed their blog and I never saw any mention of a transition to pay
