I still want to know how one has a diet with absolutely zero sodium and survives.
Even fresh vegetables have sodium.

I mean sodium you can avoid, like canned food, freezer section, packaged deli meats, etc.

You can buy all of those items without salt in them. We go through about 8-10 packs of frozen vegetables a week but they dont have any salt. Everything for te most part has some sodium in it but you just have to make sure you dont add any salt or seasonings that have high sodium content.
As far as the workout, doing crunches, oblique crunches, and leg raises has gotten boring, thats why Im looking for something different and probably fun. Probably sounds odd to most but I consider running a few miles a day to be fun.

Work out 15 min/week and use the rest of your time to enjoy life.
Body By Science
I used to work out 6 days a week with a shite load of cardio. Now I work out 15 minutes a week and I am in better shape than while working out 6 days/week. I am in better shape now than when I trained for and finished a 1/2 marathon in under 1 hour and 50 minutes.

Diet.
Holy shite do any of yall read? My diet is awesome right now. As in no cheat meals but maye once a month, my macros are in line, we dont add any extra sodium to anything, I drink almost a gal of water a day, watch what type of carbs and fats I take in, my workouts are awesome, and my cardio is fine as well. I dont need help with any of those things right now. All I was asking was if anyone had experience with this particular ab workout since there seems to be a ton of P90x/Insanity/T25 people on the OT.

If you're wanting a workout, then X3 is the way to go. Everyone has 30 minutes a day to spare.
