If you go in the store, you can try it after signing a release form. The clerk will put on gloves and put one drop of it on a spoon. It was so hot it gave me this hiccups instantaneously.

I drank two milks, and ate an ice-cream sandwich, and it still didn't go away. It had gotten in my gums at the base of my teeth and wouldn't leave.

Golic on Mike & Mike lost a bet & had to eat some as a spread on a small sandwich & literally within minutes was sweating, mopping his face, and was in obvious pain. And this was after taking precautions given to him by a master chef: eat a banana, milk, etc. He said he did not leave his house the rest of the day. Saves ultimate insanity is super, super hot but won't kill someone like some of the other stuff listed here.

On a side note, if anyone is looking for some really good, tasty, hot, hot sauce go with "Holy Jolokia." Straight up ghost pepper mash. The extract a lot of these sauces use ruins the flavor.
