Nah. Honestly, I just feel like I perfected my squat form. Weight isn't high enough for a belt though hopefully by summer that'll change. You?

2 1/2 years is my longest relationship besides my marriage. And I haven't been in a serious relationship with a guy in 6 years.

i like the stabilization it gave. I also felt like it helped keep my mechanics in line, as far as squatting, and keeping eveything tight

I get easily winded so steady state high intensity is difficult for me to keep up. But tabata is great because I can go full force for 20 seconds and know I get a small break to catch my breath.

Intervals are better for you anyway over steady state cardio.
