I fricking hate people that put ultimatums on food.
However, if you like carnitas, you will most likely not have a textural problem with lengua or cabeza.

Well I'm really not that picky with food. As long as it's not really slimy in texture I'm ok. I will try new stuff though. Anytime I've traveled I'm willing to sample the local foods.
Just no mushrooms, sour cream or olives. 3 things out of all the food in the world.....I'd say that's not too bad.
