That's pretty awesome!!

I really like TenthAvenueNorth and Matthew West. I really don't listen to Third Day or Casting Crowns any more.

I used to love going to the LSU Opera in college. I'd make up stories about what they were singing about.

My bodymedia fit band arrived today and I'm waiting for it to charge up so I can wear it.

I need to stay up some but I'm tired.

What is that, Nurse?

I think I'm going to try to make an appointment to get my hair cut Wednesday or Thursday. Probably Thursday.

It's a fitness monitor

Tracks your calories you burn throughout the day. You wear it all the time(even when sleeping) only take it off to shower. Syncs with your smartphone as well.

Interesting. I'm not usually a fan of little gadgets like that. I just lose interest in them quickly. Or with that, if I knew I wasn't doing anything productive I'd take it off and then never put it on again.

Yeah I don't run. I've tried and I will just never like it. I do the stairclimber mostly at the gym for cardio. And mix it up with rowing machine and swimming with a kickboard and fins in the gym pool.

I already track all my calories on myfitnesspal on my phone. I can sync it up to the bodymedia and it adds that into my totals.

I just wanna have a more accurate reading of how many calories I burn in general. Will be nice on hikes as well.

I've always enjoyed running. i ran a light run today. just a 5k. but that was still probably too much. after my workout i was dying to go back and run more.

i always try to track my calories, but i end up fizzling out.
