This past week in SC I was pleasantly surprised by their 'ghetto' type blacks. They are so much more civilized than the ones we have in Memphis and New Orleans.

I can go anywhere I want in Memphis and never have issues. I can get some strange looks though in North Memphis. South Memphis too.
