I got to see an Apache take out a snipers nest once. That made me laugh.
I've only shot out to 500 meters with the ACOG. Tomorrow I'll just be confirming zero at standard range.
The craziest sniper story I heard was a contract killer running around Iraq in 07 I think taking pop shots at any USF. I think he was given $1k per kill but that was rumored. No intel to ever back it up I don't think.
