What is your opinion on the police force? Are they better than EBRSO or surrounding law enforcement?

Those frickers are rolling in the dough from speed traps
Still got 2 unpaid tickets from them that are a couple years old now, waiting on them to come pick me up any day now

They are legit. Jason worked his way up, earned his creds. He also is fortunate that he inherited a good program.
They really don't bust your balls unless you are cooking meth or causing serious mayhem.
Jason is well liked and has really good relationship with other jurisdictions and state and Feds.
He is also a really nice guy. Not really an act.
That said, I think he wines and dines too much at raffinos. On the other hand, I guess he,s got to get out and socialize.
I'd give them a b+\a-.
Got some good guys under him.
Not sure what factors you are really asking about. If you have never been in trouble and are contrite they will help you if you f-up.

They probably know your family and haven't put you in the system. Yet. I'd pay if I were you because they have a bad arse new courthouse that has to be paid for and they can't let you skate long.

My high up LSP buddy has nothing but great things to say about Jason.
Now, the ex LSP officer that was running against him is a POS according to the same friend.

Yeah I've heard good things about him too. Plus if you hang out with him any at all, he's just solid.
He's seen some crazy shite. It's livingston parish after all.
I was a little disappointed recently he let the parish council idiots (and i am being generous) get under his skin. On the other hand I sort of liked his passion about the incident in the interviews he gave (video on action 17 news)
There was a bad incident with some of my family and some rival idiots though. Some terrible violence and a home invasion. Folks got hurt. I am not sure why he didn't arrest the perps. The other family is kin to a shitty lawyer around, that may have been part of it. If so that's not good. But I've never talked to him about it so can't say for sure. He may also understand that we do our own reckoning in due time and he's irrelevant given the Circumstances and families involved. Lol.

Walker city police on the interstate in that little scam speed trap they have on I-12? Yes, that's for sure.
People went to jail for that operation a few years back but I hear it's back.
