Live News caught a man smuggling a bag into prison by tying it to a rope

Man on the outside of the wall ties the bag to a rope and then a prisoner on the inside pulls it over the wall

According to reddit that's commonly a way to raise food to the tower guards. However, it seems like it would be unallowed to do that

its a procedure that's used for the towers. that guy was a prison employee
