The only times I've seen someone open the door and drop trash out(often on Airline or 42 in pville in last 5 yrs slanging pizza), it's been a trashy arse female. White or black or Hispanic. But always female. Seems men are more decent in this regard.

They trashy....... Glad you posted it. The police can/and will issue citations based on citizens reporting it. I've seen them do that before.

I have actually gotten out my car at a redlight, picked up the trash (if this is feasible), and dropped it back through the open window at least 3 or 4 times around campus.

The median on Airline Hwy in Prairieville is covered in trash and cigarette butts. It's embarrassing sitting in a turning lane seeing all that. Like somebody else said, why aren't trustees out there daily picking up trash?
