LinkedIn help with connections

I've seen a button that will show up sometimes and it will 'send request all' for a bunch of people... I'm trying to build my network and don't like having to click connect on each individual person... I've done it before, but I can't seem to find the button when I want it...

As a person who gets requests from random facebook friends to "connect" all the time, it's incredibly annoying.

Hit the add connections icon at the top right of the screen. It gives you options to invite contacts by your email addresses.

I'm in the engineering field and everybody from Exxon to tiny consulting firms use it. Plus it's free.

They post jobs and in 1 click it sends them your resume. it also gives you a brief background and requirements for the position being offered. shows how many people have applied for the job already too.

I'm in consulting and use to publish articles and encourage discussion on certain aspects of my expertise to drive business.
It's a useful tool for things like that I find.

LinkedIn is annoying. I get messages from recruiters and random people I don't know looking for a job all the time. People I've never even heard of have endorsed me for all kind of shite that I wouldn't even consider in my skill set. I don't get it
